Order & Registration
1. How do I place an order?
Once your reseller account is approved, you can place orders directly through your DropShip4USA account using your customer’s shipping details.
2. Do you have a minimum order?
No. We do not require a minimum order quantity. You may place single-item orders for dropshipping.
3. Is every order sent in a separate package?
Yes. Each order is packed and shipped individually to your end customer with mailer Shipping cardboard box and fancy jewelry gift box.
Shipping
1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S.-based location in California (Sacramento area).
2. How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day (same day or next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays).
3. What is the cost of shipping for orders within the U.S.?
For all orders placed within the United States, we apply a flat shipping fee of $6, regardless of the size or weight of the package.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer international shipping to most countries.
International shipping options and rates will be shown during checkout.
5. Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Yes. We ship to U.S. P.O. Box addresses using USPS services only.
Returns
1. What is your return policy?
All orders are subject to our B2B Dropshipping Return & Claims Policy.
B2B orders are generally final sale, except in cases of approved defects or fulfillment errors.
2. How do I process a return?
All returns require prior authorization.
Please contact us with your order details and supporting photos or videos. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

1. What is the suggested retail selling price (SRP)?
Suggested retail prices may be provided for reference only. Resellers are free to set their own pricing. Typically, our resellers apply a markup ranging from 100% to 300%.
2. Are all your items stamped?
Our sterling silver items are stamped 925 where applicable.
Stamping may vary depending on design, size, or production batch.
3. Do you offer any warranty on your jewelry?
We stand behind the quality of our products.
Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under our B2B Return & Claims Policy.
4. Do your prices change?
Yes. Prices may change due to material costs, market conditions, or product updates.
Pricing is not guaranteed until an order is placed.
5. How often do you update your collection?
We regularly update our product selection and introduce new designs throughout the year.
6. What is Moissanite Diamond?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for its brilliance, durability, and diamond-like appearance. It is an excellent alternative to natural diamonds.
7. What is a simulated diamond?
Simulated diamonds are man-made stones designed to resemble the appearance of natural diamonds but differ in composition and value.
Dropshipping Program
1. How does your dropshipping program work?
You sell products on your platform, receive payment from your customer, and place the order with us.
We fulfill and ship the order directly to your customer.
2. Can I use your product images and details on my website?
Yes. Approved resellers may use our product images for sales and marketing purposes.
3. Do I need to purchase products before selling them?
No. You do not need to hold inventory or pre-purchase products.
4. How do I open an account?
Simply register for a reseller account on our website. Approval may be required.
5. Are there any setup fees or monthly fees?
No. There are no setup fees and no monthly fees.
6. Can I open an account if I am located outside the United States?
Yes. We welcome international resellers.
7. Do you include your company name on the shipping label?
No. Orders are shipped without DropShip4USA branding or pricing information.
8. How soon can I start selling after opening an account?
Once your account is approved, you may begin selling immediately.
9. Do you provide white background product images for dropshipping?
Yes. white background product images are available for approved resellers.
