DropShip4USA operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale and dropshipping supplier.
We do not sell directly to end consumers.
By using our services, you confirm that you are acting as a reseller, wholesaler, or business entity, and not as an individual consumer.
2. Products & Pricing

All prices listed are wholesale prices intended for B2B customers only

Minor variations in color, finish, stone appearance, or weight may occur and are not considered defects
3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed upon successful payment

4. Dropshipping Responsibility
As a B2B dropshipping supplier:

DropShip4USA fulfills orders on behalf of the reseller

The reseller is responsible for:

End-customer communication

Marketplace compliance (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)

Customer service, returns, and disputes with end customers

We are not responsible for reseller account performance, metrics, or platform penalties.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Shipping times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other factors beyond our control

6. Returns & Claims
All returns, refunds, and claims are governed by our B2B Dropshipping Return & Claims Policy.

All B2B orders are considered final sale unless approved under that policy

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
7. International Orders
For international B2B orders:

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

Refused or undeliverable shipments are not eligible for refunds

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the DropShip4USA website, including text, images, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Cyan Star LLC unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Force Majeure
